and build community based on health and well-being. Students should
bring a mat and dress to move.

Pilates flow tones and strengthens the core muscles to promote a
lean body and a long spine. By coordinating breath, motion, and
muscle control, we develop postural awareness and offer healthy
challenges to the body and mind. Expect to breathe deep and sweat.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
VINYASA YOGA
Learn to enjoy letting your breath fluidly lead your movement while
maintaining strength and control. Vinyasa yoga incorporates innovative
sequences with a focus on mindfulness, movement, and relaxation,
allowing you to explore all aspects of yoga while achieving your
fitness goals and having fun in the process.

SARAH STUDEBAKER
Sarah Studebaker first discovered yoga as purely a form of exercise
but began to cherish the calm, blissful feeling that it brought
to the rest of her life. Through the creation of her own practice,
she developed a goal to teach yoga as a way of sharing the joy that
she found in this art. She is now a Registered Yoga Teacher and
Certified Holistic Health Coach, certified by schools that promote
a wide variety of techniques, allowing for her to customize classes
to the student’s needs. She believes that regardless of body
