Part comedic confessional, part hip-hop concert, part spoken word concerto.

Read the Austin Chronicle Review

This powerhouse performance piece mixes the energy of an old school hip-hop concert, rapid-fire spoken word, comedic antidotes, and some of the best b-boy dancing in this city. This is a remix of the original that blew up The VORTEX stage in 2006. Fresh-to-def hot joints that are mind-blowing son, mind-blowing kid. So unlace your Addias, pull out your kango, and catch them iron worms down to The VORTEX in the blazing Austin heat and peep B-boy bluez written and performed by Zell Miller III. Directed Zell Miller III, and choreographed by Ananda Mayi Moss. Featuring dancers from Outta Kontrol.

$30-$25 Priority Seating, $20-$15 General Admission, $10 Starving Artists. Thursdays and Sundays 2-for-1 admission with donation of 2 non-perishable food items for SafePlace.
