Black Tower
Presented by VORTEX and Ethos
Black Tower has commandeered The Yard at The VORTEX. Ethos, Austin’s premiere avant-garde performance troupe, invites spectators into their unique performance installation environment to view different chambers in the Black Tower.

Black Tower is like at an esoteric Historical Museum in-motion. Spectators may come to view Black Tower at any time from 8:30-10:30 pm, Thursday-Sunday. Journey through the chambers of Zeus and Athena in the Feast of a Divine Eye, Apollo and Dionysus in the Surgery of Ecstasy, Ares and Aphrodite in the Web of Muscle, and The Pythia (Oracle at Delphi), Theseus, and The Minotaur in the Empire of Surveillance.

Nudity. Beware the Minotaur.
